  • Indoor garage parking is available for rent. Please consult the leasing office for current pricing and details. Three-bedroom units are guaranteed one space. All other units are first come, first served, subject to availability. 
Melrose Resident Parking Lot Pass
  • Melrose offers a parking pass program for overnight parking in designated lots in the City. Please note that there is no overnight parking on the street in the City of Melrose and those who choose to do so are at the risk of receiving a parking ticket.
